Whether you need a venue for a baby shower, a graduation, or a family reunion, we have you covered. With an open dining room and a semiprivate room, Coaxum’s can accommodate groups of from 6 to 150 people with ease. Our food and service are guaranteed to impress. We have one semi-private room for use seating 45 people. We offer a state-of-the-art A/V system for your audio-visual needs. Please fill out the Event Request and within 72 hours of submission you will receive the next steps to your reservation request.

-PARTY INFORMATION

Menus

A special Gullah buffet menu (see Gullah buffet menu under menu tab) is required for all groups of 30 or more people, no exceptions. Deposit are required for large reservations and will go towards your final bill in full, please make sure you use it in its entirely, NO partially deposit will be refunded. Your group buffet will replenish for 1.3 hours. Buffet menus will not be packed to go. We take pride in our made from scratch kitchen and If you or any of your guests have an allergy or dietary restriction, please inform us immediately and we will be glad to accommodate. Pricing and the menus are subject to change.

Cancellations

A deposit fee will be charged in advance to secure your space; large groups over 40 will required a sign contract. The deposit will ensure your seating and dining period for your reservation period. This fee will be a non-refundable fee in the case of not cancelling via email within 7 days. 

Food & Beverage Minimums

There is a minimum expenditure for food and beverage for all bookings. The 18% service charge and 6% sales tax that is added to the final bill does not go towards meeting this minimum. If the minimum fee is unmet, it will be added to the host bill as “unmet minimum” fee.

Lunch Minimum Per Person: $15

 Dinner Minimum Per Person: $30

Guarantee

A final guaranteed guest count is required 7 days prior to your scheduled event. This is the count that will be charged the day of the event. We will also do a headcount the day for any overages. We cannot guarantee seating for additional guests.

Decorations

All decorations must be approved and in no case will any decorations be affixed to walls or floors. There is absolutely no confetti or backdrops allowed. Approved: balloons that don’t block the view of others, flowers, centerpieces, and chair covers. Only (1) celebration cake per group and guests must bring their own small cake plates. No other outside food or alcoholic beverages.

Coaxum’s is proud to offer the highest quality presentation equipment and Audio/Visual resources for your event.

 Our projectors are compatible with HDMI and VGA connections only.

 If your laptop does not have one of those connections, please provide your own adapter.

 We recommend you test compatibility between your equipment and ours.

 Every computer is different, and Coaxum’s will not be held responsible for incompatibility.

DURING OUR BUSIEST HOURS, WE WILL ENFORCE A TWO HOUR SEATING LIMIT TO ENSURE ALL GUEST HAVE AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. ADDITIONALLY PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS AN OUTSIDE CAKE FEE OF $15,PAYABLE UPON ARRIVAL FOR WALK IN AND RESERVATIONS.

 WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU OF A NEW POLICY EFFECTIVE MONDAY FEB.16,2025 REGARDING OUR " LIVE MUSIC FRIDAY & SATURDAY" FROM 7:00 PM-10:30 PM. FOR SEATING AT OUR PREMIUM CENTER DINING TABLES DURING THE LIVE MUSIC EVENTS, A MINIMUM SPEND OF $30 PER PERSON WILL BE REQUIRED.FURTHERMORE, A $10 ENTERTAINMENT FEE PER PERSON WILL BE ADDED TO ALL BILLS DURING THIS TIME IF YOU ARE DINING IN THE RESTAURANT. THIS ADJUSTMENT AIMS TO ENHANCE YOUR EXPERIENCE AND MAINTAIN THE HIGH QUALITY SERVICE AND AMBIANCE WE ARE KNOWN FOR.
